How to Use the Working Days Calculator
Our Working Days Calculator helps you accurately count business days for project planning, contract deadlines, and work schedules. Here's how to use it:
- Enter your date range – Select the start date and end date using the date pickers.
- Customize your work week – Click on any day of the week to toggle it as a working day or weekend. By default, Monday-Friday are working days.
- Add holidays – Enter holiday dates and names to exclude them from the working day count. Use the preset buttons for quick addition of major country holidays.
- View results – The results panel shows the total working days, weekend days, and holidays in a visual chart.
- See daily breakdown – The schedule table shows every day in the range with its type (Working Day, Weekend, Holiday).
- Save your calculations – Click "Save Calculation" to keep a history of your working day calculations.
